Dibond / Aluminium Signs & Signage

Full colour, digitally printed aluminium dibond signs. Premium quality, strong and lightweight. Fully weatherproof including strong winds. Ideal for permanent indoor and outdoor use.

Aluminium dibond is a strong but lightweight material. Aluminium dibond has two aluminium sheets sandwiching a polyethylene core giving it the highest strength to weight ratio. Aluminium dibond signs are also known as aluminium dilite signs, aluminium composite panel (ACP) signs and EBond signs.

Used for top quality outdoor signage, Aluminium dibond is particularly suitable for locations that experience strong winds and rain.

Aluminium dibond is popular for businesses needing permanent outdoor signage or anyone that wants the best possible material for their rigid signs.

Dibond is also popular as a base material underpinning stand-off lettering or graphics and can also be digitally shape-cut to suit any application.

Foamalite or Foamex

Foamex is stronger than correx with a flatter surface. It is hardwearing and weatherproof for indoor and medium-term outdoor use. Foamex has a compacted Foam PVC centre which makes it stronger than Foamboard.

Foamex is available in three different thicknesses:

- 3mm - Recommended for indoor use unless fixed directly to a solid surface

- 5mm - Our most popular Foamex thickness - the best value strength & weight combination

- 10mm - For jobs where a thick material is desirable, and weight isn't a problem

Foamex is a very popular signage material as it offers a great compromise between strength and price.

Foamboard

Foamboard has a spongy centre but with a flat surface which makes it ideal for short-term display products. It can be used for display panels and is easily fixed into place with Velcro strips as it is such a light product. The spongy centre means you need to be careful when handling the product as it can get dented and we don't recommend it for long term usage.

Foamboard is a very cost-effective display material for temporary or short-term internal use only.

Correx

Correx is the lightest and the cheapest rigid sign material, but it is still weatherproof and suitable for temporary outdoor use. Correx signs are also known as fluted plastic signs.

Correx is cost-effective and extremely lightweight which makes it a popular material for signage (such as Estate Agent boards).

Correx can be screwed using normal wood screws but we recommend using large washers to avoid the screw heads being pulled through the board.

Self-Adhesive Vinyl

Self-Adhesive Vinyl underpins a lot of what we produce, it's an extremely versatile product. Easily printed and used with or without lamination to make stickers, mount to rigid materials, mount to an existing surface, make graphics for vehicles, you name it really!

Window Cling graphics

Window-clings go on the inside of the window with the image facing out. Ideal for store-promotions, car stickers and general point of sale. Can be supplied any size up to approximately 1250mm width and any depth. They can also be supplied shape cut from an Illustrator cutter guide.

Blueback

A cheap poster material at 120gsm, Ideal for show promotions outside and to be pasted over existing posters as the opaque blue back will cover what's behind. Great for billboards or external poster sites and can be produced any size up to approximately 1250mm width. Best for external use.
